8 + 6 + 6 = 20 → life path 2.
Uses the common reduce-each-part method: the month, day and year are each reduced to one digit (keeping 11, 22 and 33), then added and reduced again. Numerology is a tradition for fun and reflection; it has no scientific basis.

Numerology turns a date of birth into a single number, called the life path number, and links each number with traits. It has no scientific basis, but many people like it as a talking point, much like star signs.
The method used here reduces each part of the date first. For 15 August 1995, the month is 8. The day 15 becomes 1 + 5 = 6. The year 1995 becomes 1 + 9 + 9 + 5 = 24, then 2 + 4 = 6. Adding 8 + 6 + 6 gives 20, and 2 + 0 = 2, so the life path number is 2.
When a step lands on 11, 22 or 33, it is kept, because these are master numbers. For 29 November 1990, the month 11 stays 11, the day 29 becomes 11, and the year 1990 becomes 19, then 10, then 1. 11 + 11 + 1 = 23, and 2 + 3 = 5.
Other sites may add all the digits at once, which can give a different answer on some dates. Either way, enjoy it for what it is.

11, 22 and 33. In numerology they are not reduced further and are said to carry extra meaning.
Some add all the digits in one go instead of reducing each part. The two methods usually agree but can differ when a master number appears.
