180 °C conventional
356 °F, 160 °C in a fan oven, gas mark 4.
A fan (convection) oven runs about 20 °C (25 °F) hotter than a conventional one, so the fan setting is 20 °C lower. Gas marks are matched to the nearest standard mark.

Recipes from the US give Fahrenheit, recipes from Europe give Celsius, and older British recipes give gas marks. The conversion between Celsius and Fahrenheit is a simple formula: multiply by 9, divide by 5 and add 32.
So 180 °C is 356 °F. Recipes round it to 350 °F because ovens are not that precise anyway. The nearest gas mark is 4, which is called a moderate oven. If you have a fan oven, set it to 160 °C, because the moving air cooks food faster.
Gas marks do not follow a neat formula at the low end, so the tool uses the standard chart. Gas mark 1 is 140 °C, each mark from 2 to 9 is about 10 to 15 °C more, and gas mark 9 is 240 °C. The full chart is shown under the result.
Ovens are often 10 to 20 °C off their dial. If your bakes keep coming out too dark or too pale, an oven thermometer will tell you more than any conversion chart.

About 177 °C, usually written as 180 °C, or 160 °C in a fan oven.
About 20 °C (25 °F) lower than the conventional temperature in the recipe.
200 °C or 400 °F.
If it does not say, assume conventional. Many UK recipes give both, like 180 °C (160 °C fan).
